Rotgar controls the business-enquiry information it receives through this site. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to evgeniy.yudin@rotgar.com. The contracting legal identity is stated in a written proposal before paid work.

What this site collects

The stage site has no account system, marketing analytics or server-side lead form. The audit form asks for the clinic website, report email, preferred reply method, a WhatsApp number when that method is selected, priority services, market, language, location count and areas of interest.

Current data flows

Cloudflare hosts the site and may process routine request data such as IP address, browser information and security logs. The form builds a prepared message in your browser and passes it to your email application; it does not post the fields to this site. The request reaches Rotgar only when you press Send in your email app. The Google Calendar link sends you to Google only when you choose it.

Purposes and legal bases

Rotgar uses enquiry details to answer by your preferred reply method, prepare and deliver the free audit and take steps toward a contract at your request. Routine security logs support the legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site. Do not send patient information.

Processors and transfers

Cloudflare provides site hosting. Your email provider, Rotgar's email provider, Google and WhatsApp may process data when you use those channels, under their own service and transfer terms. Client-project processors and locations are confirmed in the signed scope or DPA.

Retention and deletion

Website request logs follow the hosting provider's configuration. Enquiry emails, WhatsApp conversations and meeting records are kept only while needed to respond, establish a working relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. A specific project retention and deletion schedule is fixed before paid access.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and may complain to your data-protection authority. Contact Rotgar at the email above to start a request.

Cookies

Rotgar has not added advertising, analytics or personalization cookies to this stage site. Third-party links follow their own privacy terms.

Client projects

Project data, access, retention and deletion are governed by the signed proposal, agreement and any applicable data terms.

Production gate

The legal identity, governing terms and final retention schedule must be confirmed here before the site or a server-side lead form moves to production.
